We are located next to the Mobil Petrol Station on the main road in Franz Josef.
We will equip your clients with a raincoat and overtrousers, boots, crampons, woollen socks, gloves and a hat. 
They will need to bring 3-4 warm layers for their upper body (ideally woollen or polypro, not cotton) and a pair of lightweight trousers.
NO JEANS (they get cold when wet) - we can provide overtrousers if this is all they have.
Your clients will also need to bring a light snack and a bottle of water or similar. 
Please ask your clients to familiarise themselves with our booking and cancellation policies outlined below this response.

If your clients are arriving in Franz Josef the day prior please ask them to visit our office to receive a full trip briefing.
